Yes, I finally got my new camera, a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi. I am already happy with the quality of the pictures and glad the deal I got for it (about $600). Kinda funny that I've been waiting for about a week, then Amazon.com said we may have to wait another week to receive it. My mom sent an e-mail saying that I need it soon or we'll cancel the order. I think Amazon got nervous that they might lose a sell and put us at their top priority even replying saying that they were sorry. The next afternoon (today) a UPS truck came, I knew what it was... Except, for about 2 weeks my computer's hard drive has acted up so I can't upload any new images or charge/sync my iPod Nano. I'm doing all my personal stuff at school now. We're hoping to get a new Laptop computer within the next two weeks. Also hoping it's an Apple MacBook, but we're not rich. Probably a Windows Vista Dell or whatever. Don't care, just want it to be secure and accessible.

Well, I'm not getting a new camera any time soon... but I've been thinking about it too much recently. All I can think about is getting a new camera and this Canon PowerShot A75 that I have is not up-to-date though I still love it. I really want a Canon EOS-1D Mark III or one of the EOS models. I'm hoping to get a job over the summer and saving up my birthday and Christmas money for just one expensive camera. Oh, well... I can wait.
